Why take a normal video when you can use a filter like this? What will it do? It’ll add a “water shimmer” effect! To begin, scan the snapcode. The filter will activate and you’ll be able to use it for a snap—both photo and video! It’s hard to explain but shimmers of water will appear on the screen. Or more specifically, it’ll float across the screen. You can kind of see what it’s like in the example. Keep in mind, however, that it looks much better in a video!
